MISC: Alexa has a couple of jagged scars, some on her neck and wrists from the bites of vampires from her violent first master.
PERSONALITY:
All things considered Alexa is a relatively perky girl, witty and playful under normal circumstances. Although that is normally hidden when in the presence of her master, when around others she is a bit of a jester. She tries to lighten the situation although deep down she knows she's just pretending that things are all ok. She has the ability to switch from her normal fun manner to serious and obedient in the blink of an eye. She knows how to act around vampires and understands how they want humans to be around them. A lot of the time she is just acting, but she does genuinely fear them, and knows how awful they can be.
She likes to reach out to other humans and will often approach anyone in need, she has a tendency to take others under her wing. Alexa has no desire to rebel against the vampires, she just trying to survive which means she can be a little bit cowardly when challenged by one. Humans she has no problems standing up to, she actually can be a little bit feisty sometimes too much for her own good. She has been on the wrong end of a first from her snappy attitude.
She particular can not take it when humans judge her for deciding to work for a vampire, it somethings that really gets to her, especially when they call her a coward. She will confront them fiercely and aggressive but usually cry to herself later. Her biggest weakness is her sister, who is currently missing on the outside. They were separated a few years back and Alexa would love to reunite with her. Despite this she just can't bring herself to leave the safety of where she is now.
SECRET(S): Alexa's first master was a brutish vampire who took advantage of her, she was particularly affected by it, but after being bought by her new master, she has slowly managed to adapt. However she still gets night terrors and has a tendency to have a panic attack when she see's him.♦ THE HISTORY ♦
Alexa was born a fraternal twin, born in the back of an alley she originally spent most of her life in the slums outside the walls. Her mother, Grace, died not long after having given birth to her and her sister Mari so she was raised by her father Luke. They lived off scraps which was okay, but she remebered feeling always hungry as a girl, she grew up hating the life of the slums and dreamed of a life where she could eat a full meals and have a bath everyday and not just when it was safe. She hated running from vampires and sometimes even wished that her dad would just give up and live in the city. But her father had no desire to be owned, and all Mari seemed to get this, Alexa did not.
The year they turned fifteen was the year everything changed for Alexa and Mari, their father got killed by a group of raiders and they were taken. However whilst struggling against the raiders, a vampire appeared suddenly. He was the first vampire Alexa had ever seen up close. As intimidating as she had imagined from the stories her father had told her growing up. He approached the group slowly and steathily. One of the raiders launched himself at the vamp, only to have his neck broke instantly. Alexa never did understand why the vampire didn't just kill all the raiders but instead, he just asked if he could have one. So they gave him Alexa, she struggled against his grasp but immediately learned that the strength of a man paled in comparison to a vampire.
At first she thought vampires weren't so bad, the one that took her seemed to have no desire to feed on her. However she soon learned that vampires were much worse this soon. He took her into the city and put her in an auction where she was bought by a brutish vampire. The vampire treated her like dirt, she spent the next two years being abused, bitten and used. IT was worse than she had ever imagined it would be. Until he seemed to get bored of her, he found younger slaves and began to pay less attention to her. She figured it was due to her becoming more desensitised to his ways, he seemed to enjoy it when she was particular fearful, as time went on, this wasn't so much the case.
One day he was entertaining some others vampires, when she was noticed by a master. He seemed intrigued by her and made a bid for her. After some fierce bargaining, a price was agreed and she was sold to her new master. Her new master was a great deal different from her previous, he gave her work but did not labour her to exhaustion like her previous owner. He did not feed on her a lot, only when particular hungry and that was spread between various others workers he had. It took her took but she eventually got used to the less aggressive lifestyle, leading her to where she is now.♦ THE PLAYER ♦
