MISC: Felix has a a few scars from being struck over the course of his servitude, and a brand of the vampire he worked for's family crest on his right arm. He hides it under long shirts, or wraps a bandage around it.
PERSONALITY: Fun, upbeat and lighthearted, Felix generally doesn’t seem to take life too seriously and sees little value in wallowing in any form of self pity. Although he claims to be an open book, he chooses to hide certain information from others if he feels it’s in their benefit to do so, weather this is information about himself or other people.
Felix takes life in his stride, giving off a bright and warm atmosphere. He bonds exceedingly well with others, and much prefers spending time with other people. He’s fairly social, but only chooses to spend an extensive amount of time with close friends, preferring to relax with one person that means a lot to him as apposed to being in a large social gathering.
When it comes to personal relationships, Felix is generally welcoming and friendly to all who come across him; at least at first. While he can take an extensive amount of personal knockbacks, and easily dismisses anyone being aggressive towards him, he won’t see it being done to someone else. He cares for others extensively, easily allowing himself to be hurt and to worry about those he cares for. He has a habit of taking on their personal battles as his own too, choosing to stay by their side even if the outcome will harm himself. He’s emotionally strong, making it relatively easy for him to deal with a lot of issues from others at once. He often feels that others don’t take his feelings into consideration, due to his general care free attitude. He holds a great consideration for others, often going above and beyond for someone in order to make them feel better or to solve a problem for them.
Despite his readiness to take on any of his friends’ problems, Felix is sensitive about his own. His easy going personality hides his insecurities, his worries and his fears. The feelings of others and their wellbeing is generally viewed as more important then his own. He sees himself as a necessary pillar of resolve, since so many around him due to the current state of the world are unstable; this leaves him often feeling emotionally drained, but he often refuses to show this or inform anyone else if he’s struggling.
SECRET(S): Felix is actually the descendant of a family who once owned the estate in which one of the higher ranked vampires now lives. His family crest still hangs over it's fireplace.♦ THE HISTORY ♦
As far as Felix can remember, he was trained as a servant. Raised in a vampire run household in the inner city along with his siblings, he was trained in everything from general cleaning to butlering, even taught to read and write in order to make him more of a valuable asset as a servant.
At 15, Felix was given to a highly ranked female vampire, as her personal manservant. He spent years making sure her clothing was well kept and always neatly presented, prepared her feeds and made certain every aspect of her high society life was kept in perfect time. Despite his efforts, Felix was generally very badly treated, although he was granted time to visit his sister and other siblings; His sister had moved to become the personal maid of another highly ranked vampire, and since their two mistresses kept in the same social circles, Felix was glad to see his sister far more often then he had done.
The years passed, and despite the abuse Felix endured from his mistress, he always replied with a kind smile and a gentle attitude; Which however changed shortly into his 21st year. She threatened his sister.
Felix could face insults and abuse to himself, but as soon as she mentioned his sister she must have known she struck a nerve; Seeing his reaction, she went on, going into detail of exactly how she intended to end the life of his sibling if he didn't do exactly as she wanted. Weather she intended to or not, it was enough,
and the next thing Felix knew he swung a fire poker in her direction, slashing her across the face.
The wound, burning white hot from the fire, sent his mistress into a frenzy and Felix on the run.
Knowing returning or being caught will result in his death, and likely the death of his sister, Felix has been on the run ever since, desperately trying to find a way to break his sister out from her own servitude.
Since escaping the inner city, Felix has taken residence in a large settlement in the outer city, and due to his skills in reading, trained himself enough to work as a nurse.♦ THE PLAYER ♦
