Old Chicago, year 2076.In a world very different from our own, humans are caught in a war between the undead and the will to survive. Chaos has taken over the world and turned it upside down. The once peaceful life we all knew no longer exist. In its place, the world has turned dark, grim and dangerous. A world where you have to fight like hell, because if you don't. there's no chance you'll survive the war.
Vampires used to be nothing more than tales of nightmares - something most people never thought to be true. They eased their way into society, because of a plague that struck sixty years ago. They needed to make sure their food source wouldn't be lost. And humans suddenly found themselves at the bottom of the food chain.
There is no good or evil anymore. Just gray lines spattered across the canvas. The world isn't ending - it has just changed.
